1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is: Individual Entrepreneur Maria Krutova, St. Petersburg Street 1, 4th floor, Office 48, 0102 Tbilisi, Georgia, email: maria@mk-promarketing.com.
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process on this website, for which purposes, and which rights you have.
A representative in the European Union (Art. 27 GDPR) has not been designated: processing takes place only occasionally, does not include special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR and, taking into account its nature, context and purposes, is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (exemption pursuant to Art. 27 (2) (a) GDPR).
2. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking services. No data is collected for advertising purposes and no data is transferred to advertising networks. For this reason, this website does not require a cookie banner.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, 02742 Friedersdorf (Deutschland). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation, stability and security of the website. Log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider according to its deletion schedule.
Where required, a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with the hosting provider.
4. Request form (funnel)
If you contact us via our request form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, optionally phone number, information about your company and existing website, the services you selected, your message, the chosen language and the time of the request.
Processing takes place to handle your request and prepare a quote, i.e. to carry out pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, and on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give when submitting the form.
Your data is transmitted encrypted (TLS/SSL) and stored access-protected on our hosting provider’s server. In addition, we may receive email notifications about new requests.
We delete your request once it has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply – at the latest 12 months after processing is completed, unless a cooperation results. On request, we will delete your data earlier at any time (see your rights).
5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data remains with us until the purpose of storage no longer applies and no retention obligations exist.
6. Data sharing
Your data is not transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. to our hosting provider as processor). Your data is never sold or rented for advertising purposes.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
8. Your rights
Within the scope of statutory provisions you have the following rights: access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR), e.g. by email to maria@mk-promarketing.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR).
9. Updates to this privacy policy
We will update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or legal requirements make this necessary.
